President al-Sharaa issues decree appointing Talal Mahmoud al-Hilali as Director General of the Syrian Investment Authority

Damascus, SANA-President Ahmad al-Sharaa issued Decree No. (118) of 2025 appointing Mr. Talal Mahmoud al-Hilali as Director General of the Syrian Investment Authority.
