Damascus, July. 9 (SANA) Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Qutaiba Qadish received the newly appointed Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Syria, Kevin James Allen, and accepted his credentials as Head of the UNHCR Mission.
During the meeting, the two sides explored ways deepen cooperation and coordination across various humanitarian sectors, in a manner that contributes to joint efforts and improves the humanitarian response to existing needs in Syria.
