Doha, Feb. 2 (SANA)- Qatar’s Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met on Monday in Doha with Fernando Traves, Executive Director of the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ), to discuss ways to support recovery efforts in Syria and expand development cooperation.
According to the Qatar News Agency (QNA), the talks also covered prospects for strengthening cooperation between Qatar and the ICTJ, as well as mechanisms to support that partnership in the coming period.
Qatar has said it supports Syria’s political and economic recovery as part of broader efforts to promote stability and sustainable development.
