Bern, Dec. 19 (SANA) United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi has called for sustained support to enable the return of Syrian refugees to their homeland, voicing optimism that the process will continue.

Grandi also emphasised that donor support for Syria’s reconstruction is crucial, warning that without it, returnees may not remain in the country.
