Syrian Defense Minister, Major General Murhaf Abu Qasra, participated on Thursday in the activities of the Second Mentors’ Forum, organized by the Moral Guidance Directorate at the Ministry headquarters.
During the event, the Minister delivered a lecture emphasizing the importance of military mentors in strengthening morale and improving performance within the armed forces.
He stressed the need to instill military values, raise awareness of military discipline, and adapt mentoring programs to meet the needs of the current phase.
