Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman issued a decree Wednesday ratifying the air transport agreement between the governments of the Sultanate of Oman and Syria.
According to the Oman News Agency, the Sultan ratified the air transport agreement signed between his government and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic in Montreal on September 22, 2025.
Syria and the Sultanate of Oman signed, last month, an air transport services agreement on the sidelines of the 42nd session of the General Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), held in Montreal, Canada.
