Damascus, Feb.16 (SANA) Hamad Al-Marhan Mosque was inaugurated in the town of al-Otaiba in Eastern Ghouta as part of the “Our Countryside Deserves” campaign, under the supervision of the Damascus Countryside Endowments Directorate and with funding from the Tآakhi Association for Humanitarian Works.
The opening ceremony marked continued efforts to rehabilitate religious and community facilities in rural areas, reflecting cooperation between official institutions and civil society organizations.
Officials stated that the project aims to consolidate the social and spiritual fabric of the local community, while contributing to broader recovery and development initiatives in the region.
