Syrian Ministry of Education launches WhatsApp hotline to ensure exam integrity

Damascus, SANA-As part of its efforts to uphold the integrity of the examination process and ensure equal opportunity among students, the Ministry of Education announced today the allocation of a dedicated WhatsApp number ([00963984191111]) for receiving complaints related to exam violations across various testing centers.

In a statement received by SANA, the Ministry explained that this measure is part of broader efforts to strengthen fairness and oversight during the examination period. It affirmed that all complaints will be handled with the utmost confidentiality, urgency, and attention.

The Ministry also urged students and parents to report any misconduct affecting exam integrity, provided that the information is accurate and verifiable—free from generalizations or rumors—to ensure effective response and the achievement of justice.

It is worth noting that basic education and vocational secondary exams began Saturday  and will continue until July 10, while general secondary exams in all streams are scheduled to commence on July 12.
