Homs, SANA – The Homs Cultural Palace hosted the “Eid al-Adha and Joy” carnival on Tuesday, bringing together over 400 children of various ages for a festive and entertaining celebration of the blessed Eid al-Adha.
The carnival featured a variety of singing and dancing performances presented by the Happy Magic Family Theater troupe, alongside beloved cartoon characters.
The event also included competitions with prizes for the winners, comedic acts, and magic tricks.
Saeed Toukatli, director of the Happy Magic troupe, told SANA’s reporter that the show’s segments delivered educational messages in an entertaining and comedic style suitable for children.
He emphasized that the aim was to promote healthy behaviours and sound morals while bringing joy to their hearts.
Several children who participated in the dance segments expressed their enjoyment of the diverse performances, which allowed them to engage and express their Eid happiness alongside their favourite cartoon characters.
