Minister of Telecommunications Launches Hudhud Platform at Nahda Tech Conference

Damascus, SANA-The Nahda Tech Conference, organized by the Syrian Computer Society in cooperation with the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology, kicked off today at the Reda Saeed Hall at Damascus University.

Entrepreneurs, startups, trainers, and digital technology specialists participate in the conference, which was held in the Rida Saeed Hall at Damascus University.

The conference includes the launching of a training camp in various fields of entrepreneurship and startup organization.

The camp consists of two parts, the first is theoretical, focusing on project management and creating an organizational structure for entry into the labor market.

The second is practical, relying on training programs specifically designed for emerging IT projects.

The training will be conducted in four laboratories at the Society’s building.

The two-day conference, which will comprise approximately 500 beneficiaries, including 120 ones in the training field, aims to contribute to advancing digital transformation efforts and supporting technology initiatives in Syria.

Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdul Salam Heikal announced the launch of the “Hudhud” platform, a Syrian digital platform dedicated to exporting local products to foreign markets.

This platform aims to support the national economy and enhance the digital presence of Syrian products globally.
