Hama, SANA- The Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Hama organized Tuesday a collective Iftar banquet at the Hearing Disability Center in Karamah suburb of al-Jajiya neighborhood.
The event was attended by local civil society organizations, university students, and teaching staff, as part of the “Ramadan of Goodness and Victory” campaign launched by the Directorate.
According to organizers, the event, which accommodated 500 fasting individuals, aimed to promote values of social solidarity and integrate different segments of society. It was held in a Ramadan atmosphere filled with joy and generosity.
Haitham al-Mustafa, Deputy Director of Social Affairs and Labor in Hama, emphasized that the initiative aligns with the Ministry’s mission to support various social groups and foster the spirit of solidarity during the holy month.
He stated: “Through our campaigns, we aim to strengthen human connections and build bridges of hope, particularly in the new Syria characterized by compassion.”
