Ministry of Defense: Outlaws will face decisive response without compromise

Damascus-SANA- Hassan Abdul Ghani, the spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, said that the Ministry have achieved rapid field progress and re-imposed control over the areas that witnessed treacherous attacks against public security personnel.

He added “We carried out strict encirclement operations, tightening the noose on the remnants of the defunct regime, while the forces continue to advance according to the approved operational plans.”

Abdul Ghani stressed that the Ministry continue to deal with the remaining hotbeds of criminals, and is handing over all those involved to the competent security authorities to ensure that they are held accountable according to the law.

Abdul Ghani called on the residents who rushed to support their brothers to return to their areas, as the situation is under complete control and operations are continuing according to the plan precisely, and there is no need to worry.

The spokesman  warned of the dire consequences of continuing treachery, and we confirm that anyone who refuses to hand over his weapon to the state will face a decisive response without compromise.
