Israeli forces arrest three youths in Quneitra countryside

Quneitra, Dec. 15 (SANA) Israeli occupation forces arrested three young men on Monday evening from the village of al-Hamidiyah in the northern Quneitra countryside, while they were in the vicinity of al-Alam roundabout at the entrance to the destroyed city of Quneitra, a SANA correspondent reported.

The correspondent said the occupation forces transferred the detainees to the Burj post, which they operate inside the destroyed city of Quneitra.

Earlier today, Israeli occupation forces carried out incursions into several areas of the southern and northern Quneitra countryside, where they set up checkpoints, searched civilians and disrupted movement.

Israel has continued its aggressive policies and repeated violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through incursions into the countryside of Quneitra and Daraa provinces and assaults on civilians.

Syria, for its part, has repeatedly renewed its call for the implementation of United Nations resolutions and for an end to the Israeli occupation of Syrian territory, urging the international community to shoulder its responsibilities in deterring these unlawful practices.
