Internal Security: Salhab Massacre Is Proof of Former Regime Remnants' Brutality

Hama, SANA – The commander of internal security in Lattakia province, Brigadier General Abdul Aziz al-Ahmad, affirmed that the video documenting the murder of a citizen from Salhab town in the Hama countryside by remnants of the former regime reflects the brutality and criminality of these groups.

“In a heinous crime that reflects the barbarism of the former regime and its criminal elements, a video clip was circulated on Sunday evening, September 7, documenting the murder of unarmed citizen Ali Ahmed Fadel from Salhab town in the Hama countryside, through a brutal field liquidation carried out by remnants of the former regime,” Brigadier General Al-Ahmad said, according to what the Ministry of Interior reported on its Telegram channel.

Al-Ahmad articulated that the Internal Security Command in Latakia province is continuing to pursue lawbreakers and will take firm action against anyone who dares to disrupt the security and stability of the local population.
