Beirut, May 27 (SANA) Lebanese National News Agency said Israeli warplanes carried out a dawn airstrike on the town of Deir Aames in the Tyre district, killing two people and injuring another.
In Nabatieh province, Israeli aircraft launched two airstrikes at dawn on the town of Breqaa Tayeh, targeting two houses, with no injuries reported.
On Tuesday, Lebanon’s Ministry of Health said 31 people were killed and 40 injured, including children and women, following a series of Israeli airstrikes on towns and villages in southern Lebanon.
The ministry said the strikes targeted residential areas in several locations across the region.
