Abu Dhabi, May 1 (SANA) UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed, in a phone call with New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, the latest developments in the Middle East and their impact on regional and global security.
According to WAM, both leaders warned of the repercussions for freedom of navigation, energy security, and global economic stability, stressing the importance of adherence to international law and the UN Charter.
They also reviewed prospects for strengthening cooperation in trade, investment, and renewable energy, reaffirming their commitment to advancing their economic partnership.
Luxon recently condemned Iranian attacks targeting the UAE and other Arab countries, voicing support for efforts to protect sovereignty and maintain stability.
