Occupied Jerusalem, April 26 (SANA) Israeli forces conducted raids across the West Bank and East Jerusalem, injuring several Palestinians, while restrictions on movement and property damage were also reported.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported Sunday that Israeli forces raided the village of Duma, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, and opened live fire at a Palestinian home, injuring two people and causing extensive damage.
In the town of al-Ram, north of East Jerusalem, a man was shot with live ammunition, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
In a separate incident, local sources said settlers cut down about 400 olive trees in the area, damaging farmland belonging to Palestinian residents.
Israeli forces also set up a temporary military checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Turmus Ayya in the central West Bank, where they stopped vehicles and checked passengers’ ID cards, disrupting traffic.
In the town of Tuqu’, south of Bethlehem, Israeli forces blocked several roads with earth mounds, restricting movement within the town.
