Kuwait, Mar.29 (SANA) Ten members of the Kuwaiti armed forces were injured on Sunday following hostile drone attacks attributed to Iran, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense announced.
The ministry’s spokesperson, Saud Abdulaziz Al-Atwan, said in a statement that Kuwaiti armed forces had detected over the past 24 hours 14 hostile ballistic missiles and 12 unmanned aerial drones.
He stated that several of the drones targeted a military camp, resulting in the injury of 10 personnel and material damage.
Al-Atwan added that warehouses belonging to a private logistics company were also hit, causing material losses without any reported casualties.
Since the onset of what Kuwait describes as Iranian attacks on February 28, Kuwaiti authorities have recorded a total of 307 ballistic missiles, two cruise missiles, and 616 drones, according to the Ministry of Defense.
