Occupied Jerusalem, March 26 (SANA) The death toll from Israeli war on Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023, has reached 72,267, with 171,976 people injured, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
The ministry said Gaza hospitals received two bodies and 17 injured people over the past 24 hours. Many victims are still under the rubble as medical teams are unable to reach them, it added.
According to the ministry, since a ceasefire took effect on Oct. 10, some 691 Palestinians have been killed, 1,876 injured, and 756 bodies recovered.
Months of Israeli attacks have caused widespread destruction across Gaza, severely damaging infrastructure and displacing large numbers of Palestinians.
