Occupied Jerusalem, March 25 (SANA) Four Palestinians were killed and several others wounded in an Israeli airstrike targeting a group of people in central Gaza, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA.
WAFA said the strike hit near the al-Sawarha cemetery, north of the village of al-Zawayda, in the central part of the Gaza Strip.
The latest incident comes as the number of casualties in Gaza continues to rise. Since a ceasefire took effect on Oct. 10, 2025, at least 687 people have been killed and 1,849 injured, according to Palestinian figures.
The overall toll from the Israeli offensive in Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023, has reached 72,263 killed, with more than 171,948 injured, WAFA reported.
