Ankara ,March 14 (SANA) Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan asserted the need to activate diplomatic channels at this critical stage to end the ongoing U.S.–Israeli war against Iran, affirming that Türkiye will resist all forms of provocation and will not be drawn into the conflict.
According to Anadolu Agency, Fidan noted during a press conference on Saturday that it is essential not to overlook the underlying causes and roots of the current regional confrontation.
The minister highlighted that Türkiye’s deterrence level and military capabilities are “extremely high,” affirming that Ankara maintains a clear strategic vision regarding when and where such power should be used, based on prudent and calculated decision-making.
On the situation in Gaza, Fidan condemned Israel for what he said were repeated violations of the ceasefire, and called for sustained humanitarian access as conditions in the enclave worsen.
Earlier this month, Fidan criticized Iran’s attacks on Arab states as a “wrong strategy” that heightens regional risks.
