Riyadh, March 10 (SANA) A drone crashed into a residential building in al-Zulfi province in central Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, causing limited material damage but no casualties, according to Saudi Civil Defense.
The Saudi Press Agency reported that the drone struck a residential site in the province, citing Civil Defense officials.
Earlier Tuesday, Saudi Arabia’s Defense Ministry said its air defense forces intercepted and destroyed two drones east of al-Kharj province and shot down a ballistic missile launched toward the kingdom’s Eastern Province.
The interceptions were part of a broader wave of aerial strikes targeting several regions of Saudi Arabia.
