Kuwait City, March 3 (SANA) Two Kuwaiti naval personnel were killed while carrying out military duties, the Kuwaiti Army General Staff said Monday.
In a statement carried by the state-run Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the General Staff said the service members died while performing their national duties.
The announcement came a day after Kuwait’s Health Ministry said one person was killed and 20 others, all foreign nationals, were injured in attacks launched by Iran against several Arab countries, including Kuwait.
The incidents follow escalating regional tensions after U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iranian targets, raising concerns about a widening confrontation across the Middle East.
