Occupied Jerusalem, Feb. 26 (SANA) Several Palestinians were wounded early Thursday by Israeli naval fire off the coast of the Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.
The incident comes amid continued Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip despite a ceasefire that took effect on Oct. 10 after two years of fighting.
Since Israel launched its war on Oct. 7, 2023, more than 72,000 Palestinians have been killed and over 171,000 wounded, according to Palestinian health authorities.
