The United States has called on its international partners to provide support to the Syrian people in their efforts to rebuild their country.
U.S. Department of State said in a post published Wednesday on its account on X platform: “The United States calls on partner nations to contribute to supporting the Syrian people in their pursuit of reconstruction, as lasting peace and stability in the Middle East begin with people.”
Last June, U.S. President Donald Trump issued an executive order lifting all sanctions on Syria, marking a turning point that is expected to help steer the country toward a new phase of prosperity, stability, and openness to the international community.
