Palestinian Foreign Ministry welcomed the report issued by the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories, Francesca Albanese, as clear evidence of the Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people.
Palestinian News Agency WAFA quoted the ministry as saying in a statement: “the report entitled ‘The Gaza genocide: a collective crime’ is an important document for including evidences and legal facts, that reveal the amount of the Israeli crimes,” which documents also “the international collusion in the ongoing genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip”.
The ministry emphasized that the report represents a “real test of the international system, its ability to protect justice and the rule of law”, and called on the world states to take all necessary measures to stop the genocide in Gaza and hold those responsible accountable.
