Palestinian Health ministry announced Sunday it has received 15 bodies of Palestinians from the Israeli authorities through the Red Cross, bringing the total number of received bodies to 150.
The ministry stated in a statement that some of the bodies “show signs of torture, beatings, hand bindings, and blindfolds.”
Medical teams continue to handle the bodies in accordance with approved medical procedures and protocols, in preparation for completing examination, documentation, and delivery to their families, the ministry said adding that so far, the identities of 25 bodies have been identified by their families.
On October 17, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor called for urgent international investigation into Israeli crimes appeared on the dead bodies of the Palestinians handed over through the Red Cross to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
