40 Palestinians Killed in Israeli Bombing of Gaza Strip

Occupied Jerusalem, SANA – 40 Palestinians were killed on Wednesday as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

Israeli attacks have reached their 698th day, amid an escalation in bombing, a stifling blockade, and forced displacement that exacerbates the suffering of the population.

The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that, over the past hours, the occupation forces bombed dozens of homes in various areas, including Al-Nafaq Street and the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City, and the cities of Jabalia and Rafah in the central and southern Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 40 Palestinians.

The occupation forces continued targeting medical personnel and health facilities, in an effort to disrupt the remaining healthcare services and put hospitals out of service.

Furthermore, the past hours witnessed the bombing of displacement camps, most notably the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, in addition to widespread destruction of residential areas in Gaza City and Khan Yunis.

Since October 7, 2023, the occupation has been waging a war of extermination on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of more than 63,000 Palestinians and the injury of more than 160,000.
