Gaza death toll Gaza surges to more than 58,000 since start of Israeli aggression

GAZA,, SANA -Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported on Wednesday, that the death toll in Gaza Strip has reached 58,573 people, mainly in women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression in October 2023. At least 139,607 others were also injured.

Israel has caused around 7,750 civilian deaths and 27,566 injuries since violating the ceasefire agreement and resuming its aggression against the Gaza Strip on March 18, 2025- Medical sources confirmed.

The sources reported that 94 bodies, including seven bodies recovered from under the rubble, and 252 injured people were transferred to Gaza hospitals during the past 24 hours.

Over the past 24 hours, seven paramedics have been confirmed killed and more than 30 others injured, according to hospital reports. This brings the total number of paramedics killed and hospitalized to 851, and more than 5,634 injured.

This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under the rubble and cannot be reached by ambulances and rescue crews.
