Damascus, Jan. 9 (SANA) The Syrian Ministry of Health said it has raised readiness to maximum levels across all public hospitals and health centers in Aleppo.
In a statement issued Thursday, the ministry said emergency response teams are working around the clock to meet urgent needs. Medical and administrative staff have been redistributed among facilities to address shortages in the most severely affected areas, ensuring the continuity of vital health services.
The ministry reiterated its condemnation of attacks targeting healthcare workers and facilities, describing them as a violation of international humanitarian law.
It also expressed appreciation for the efforts of medical and health workers in Aleppo, who are working on the front lines to save lives under difficult circumstances.
