Quneitra, Nov 29 – SANA: Israeli forces carried out new incursion into the southern countryside of Quneitra on Sunday.
A patrol of Israeli forces, consisting of two Hilux vehicles and two Hummer vehicles, advanced into the barracks located south of the village of Ruwayhina and north of the western village of Zoubida, while two tanks were positioned on the road linking the two villages, SANA’s reporter said.
Yesterday, the Israeli forces attacked the town of Beit Jinn in the Damascus countryside, resulting in the martyrdom of 13 civilians and the injury of dozens.
Israel continues its aggressive policies and violations of the 1974 disengagement agreement through incursions into the countryside of Quneitra and Daraa and assaults on citizens.
Syria persistently demands the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from Syrian territory and calls on the international community to assume its responsibilities and deter the practices of the occupation.
