Idleb, SANA-The Directorate of Health in Idleb has launched restoration efforts at the Kafr Nabl Health Center, located in the southern countryside of the governorate. This initiative is part of a broader plan to ensure access to medical services and essential care for residents returning to the area.

Director of Health in Idleb, Dr. Samer Arabi, stated to SANA that reopening the Kafr Nabl Health Center marks a pivotal step in reestablishing healthcare services in southern Idleb. He noted that the Ministry’s plan also includes rehabilitating more than 30 health centers to serve both local residents and those returning from displacement.
Returnees to the region continue to face a severe lack of healthcare services, as no hospitals are currently operational in Kafr Nabl due to extensive damage caused by attacks from the former era. As a result, patients are forced to travel approximately 30 kilometers to the nearest functioning hospital in Ariha.
