The signing ceremony took place at the Ministry’s headquarters in Damascus, where Minister of Education Dr. Mohammad Abdulrahman Turko emphasized the importance of cooperation and coordination with the organization.

He expressed gratitude for its ongoing efforts to support educational recovery in Syria, pledging full facilitation to ensure the success of joint initiatives.

Representatives from Rahma Without Borders outlined their operational framework and the services they plan to offer, including teacher training, remedial education programs for students, school reconstruction, and psychological and educational support for children affected by the war.
