Syrian-Saudi talks to boost cooperation in Education, Telecom, and Trade

Damascus, SANA – A Syrian government delegation met Wednesday with a Saudi delegation at the Syrian Investment Agency to discuss investment opportunities and future cooperation in education, telecommunications, and trade.

The talks brought together Syrian ministers of finance, economy, industry, education, higher education, and communications, alongside Saudi Assistant Minister of Investment Abdullah al-Dubaikhi, Saudi-Syrian Business Council Chairman Mohammed bin Abdullah Abunayyan, and leading Saudi investors.

Discussions focused on enhancing education through advanced digital platforms, expanding access to underserved students, and improving the quality of digital and technical content. The session also featured a presentation of Syria’s investment map, outlining key sectors and new opportunities for joint projects.
