Damascus, SANA- Minister of Energy Eng. Mohammad al-Bashir has met with a delegation of Jordanian businessmen, headed by the Jordanian Trade Council, to explore opportunities for joint cooperation in the energy sector.
During the meeting, held at the Ministry of Energy, Minister al-Bashir outlined the investment landscape in the energy sector, detailing the initiatives undertaken by the ministry to advance the industry.
He emphasized the importance of fostering partnerships with Jordanian businesses, highlighting their potential to contribute to the development of energy projects in Syria.
For their part, the Jordanian delegation praised the Syrian government’s efforts to improve the investment climate, expressing keen interest in achieving mutual benefits and strengthening economic ties between Syria and Jordan.
