Damascus, Aug. 23 (SANA) Gold prices in the Syrian market remained unchanged on Sunday from Saturday’s levels, according to the General Authority for Precious Metals Management.
The authority set the selling price of 21-karat gold at 16,800 Syrian pounds ($137.70) per gram and the buying price at 16,500 pounds ($135.25).
The selling price of 18-karat gold stood at 14,400 Syrian pounds ($118.03) per gram, while the buying price was 14,100 pounds ($115.57).
International gold stood at $4,604 per ounce, compared with $4,603 on Saturday.
