Damascus, Jan. 30 (SANA) Finance Minister Mohamed Yisr Barnieh met with a delegation from the U.S. consulting firm Oliver Wyman, led by the company’s regional director Matteo De Clercq, to discuss ways of strengthening cooperation and opening new opportunities for the firm’s work in the Syrian market.
The ministry stated via its Telegram channel on Friday that the meeting addressed the company’s potential presence in Syria and the specialized consulting services it could provide, particularly in the financial sector, to support efforts in developing fiscal and administrative policies.
It is noteworthy that Oliver Wyman, founded in 1984, is considered one of the leading global management consulting firms. It provides services in strategy and business solutions across various sectors, with its headquarters located in New York, United States.
