Damascus, Jan.20 (SANA) Syria’s Minister of Economy and Industry, Mohammad Nidal al-Shaar, met with India’s Chargé d’Affaires in Damascus, Renu Yadav, to discuss strengthening economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
Both sides underlined the need to expand economic, investment, and trade cooperation, open new avenues for joint coordination, boost trade exchange, and achieve the interests of the two friendly peoples.
The meeting comes as part of the ministry’s efforts to broaden cooperation with international partners and activate economic partnerships supporting sustainable development and economic recovery in Syria.
