Lifting Caesar act marks beginning of a new phase for Syria’s rise- al-Habtoor

Abu Dhabi, Dec.11 (SANA) Emirati businessman, Khalaf Al Habtoor, affirmed that the U.S. House of Representatives’ vote in favor of repealing the “Caesar Act” represents the announcement of a new phase, granting Syrians the opportunity to move forward with greater strength, broader projects and ambitions worthy of their ancient history.

“Syria, which rose within 12 months from under the rubble, is today—thanks to God Almighty and because of this decision—capable of opening doors for investment, reconstruction, and a comprehensive rise that may astonish the world,” Al Habtoor said in a post on platform (X).

He congratulated the Syrian people on this “decisive moment” that restores movement to the economy and drives the growth of cities, noting that a new page of genuine development awaits millions.

“If Syria achieved all those unprecedented accomplishments in its first year, how will the scene look after the complete lifting of economic restrictions,” al-Habtoor wondered.

He stressed that Syria is a country that does not break, and that its future today is clearer than ever, affirming that what is to come will be greater through the efforts and determination of its people.
