Doha, Dec. 6 (SANA) — Syrian Minister of Economy and Industry Nidal al-Shaar discussed Saturday with Qatar’s Minister of Commerce and Industry, Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al Thani ways to enhance bilateral cooperation across several sectors.
According to QNA, the two ministers reviewed, on the sidelines of the Doha Forum 2025, areas of cooperation in trade, investment, and industry. They explored mechanisms to expand and develop these partnerships, and discussed a range of issues of mutual interest also.
Both sides emphasized the importance of advancing joint cooperation in the coming period in a manner that supports and strengthens bilateral ties across various fields.
The 23rd edition of the Doha Forum 2025 kicked off Saturday in the Qatari capital under the theme Consolidating Justice: From Promises to Tangible Reality.” The two-day event brings together heads of state, ministers, international experts, and senior representatives from more than 150 countries around the world.
