Istanbul, SANA

The activities of the ENTERCEM 2025 international conference specializing in the cement industry launched Thursday in the Turkish city of Istanbul, with the participation of Syria and an elite group of international companies, investors, and experts in this strategic sector.

During one of the main sessions, Mahmoud Fadhila, General Manager of the General Company for Cement and Building Materials Manufacturing and Marketing “Omran,” gave a presentation on the situation of the cement industry in Syria, in which he addressed the most prominent current challenges and available investment opportunities.

Fadhila also reviewed the company’s future vision for developing the cement industry in Syria, and the pivotal role of this sector in supporting reconstruction efforts and achieving sustainable development.

“Omran” Company works to increase production capacity and improve quality to meet the needs of the local market in line with the requirements of the reconstruction phase, Fadhila said, calling on local and international investors to engage in cooperative partnerships that open new horizons for development.
