Syrian and Algerian Companies Sign Trade Agreement at Damascus Int'l Fair

Damascus, SASNA-Syria’s Azad Khair Trading Company and Algeria’s Dido Company specialized in the production and distribution of sweets signed a memorandum of understanding at the 62nd Damascus International Fair to boost bilateral trade. The deal covers the import of gelatin for food production and a range of Algerian confectionery products.

Algerian Ambassador Abdelkader Kasmi al-Hassani hailed the agreement as a step toward stronger economic ties, while officials emphasized the fair’s role as a key platform for forging new partnerships.
