Tartous City Council and Old Tartous Exhibition Hall hosted an artistic event to support the talents of youth and children and highlight their artistic achievements.
The event featured 25 young participants who presented a diverse array of works, including paintings, paper quilling, handmade accessories, candles, and culinary creations.
