Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Thursday Decree no. 217 for 2016 establishing the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Hama University.
The President also issued Legislative Decree no. 19 for 2016 providing that the General Authority of Competition and Anti-Monopoly will be affiliated to the Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection.
According to the decree, the General Commission of Forensic Medicine will be affiliated to the Minister of Health and the Higher Commission for Scientific Research will be affiliated to the Minister of Higher Education.
The General Register of State Workers will be affiliated to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and the Printing Department, currently at the Prime Ministry, will be affiliated to the Ministry of Culture.
