Aleppo, SANA- Terrorist organizations violated the agreement of the cessation of hostilities on Wednesday by targeting residential neighborhoods in Aleppo with rocket shells and sniper fire, killing seven civilians and injuring five others, some of them severely injured.
A source at Aleppo police command said in a statement to SANA reporter that three women were killed when terrorist groups fired a rocket shell on al-Ashrafiyeh neighborhood in Aleppo.
Terrorist groups attacked al-Neel Street with a rocket shell, injuring five civilians two of them are in a serious condition and causing material damage to locals’ properties, the source added.
Another civilian was killed with a sniper fire in Salah-Eddin neighborhood, according to the source.
Local sources said later in the day that terrorist groups targeted with more than 30 rocket shells the cities of Nubbul and al-Zahraa north of Aleppo city, killing two children and wounding three others.
Earlier on Wednesday, terrorists fired at the houses in al-Khalediyeh neighborhood on the northern outskirts of Aleppo, killing a woman.
According to a source at Aleppo Police Command, the source of the shootings was terrorists positioned in al-Lairamoun area.
On Tuesday, breaches of the cessation of hostilities by terrorist groups resulted in killing a woman and injuring three other persons in al-Zahraa town in the northern countryside of Aleppo.
According to SANA reporter, terrorist groups positioned in Bianoun village targeted locals’ houses in al-Zahraa town with a number of rocket shells, claiming the life of one woman and injuring three people, including a child.
Casualties among citizens due to terrorist rocket attack on Homs countryside
Terrorist groups targeted on Wednesday with rocket shells al-Mesherfeh village in the northern countryside of Homs, injuring many citizens.
A source at Homs Governorate told SANA reporter that terrorist groups located in Talamri and Ezzeddin village fired 5 rocket shells on al-Mesherfeh village to the north of Homs city.
The source added that a number of citizens were injured due to the attack which also inflicted material damage on private and public properties.
