Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will slightly rise, yet they will remain below average as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that mild weather will prevail and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general.
The wind will be northwesterly of light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will continue to rise to become around average, with rain showers expected in the coastal and northwestern areas in the afternoon and in the evening.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 27/18, Daraa 22/16, Homs 25/16, Lattakia 25/23, Aleppo 28/18 and Deir Ezzor 27/17.
