Moscow, SANA- Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed on Monday with the permanent members of the Russian National Security Council the positive developments resulting from the Syrian army’s continuous operations against terrorism with the support of the Russian air force.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in a statement on Monday that during the meeting, discussions stressed the importance of restoring Palmyra from ISIS terrorists by the Syrian Arab Army.
