Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to rise to become from 5 to 8 degrees above average as the country is affected by a low air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and cloudy over the western and southern areas with a chance of rainfalls over these areas.
The weather will be misty in al-Badiya and eastern areas.
The wind will is expected to be westerly to southeasterly with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 22/06, Daraa 23/10, Homs 23/06, Hama 23/06, Hasaka 21/12, Lattakia 24/10, Aleppo 20/08 and Deir Ezzor 22/11.
