Abu Dhabi, SANA – Members of the Syrian team participating in the 2016 Abu Dhabi International Show Jumping Championship which concluded its activities on Saturday at the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club.

In the first day competitions, rider Shady Ghrayeb ranked first in the 130 cm event, while Baraa Jabouliye ranked first in the 135 cm event, and Ahmad Hamcho ranked fourth in the 145 cm event.

In the second day competition, a qualifying round for the Grand Prix was held, in which Ahmad Hamcho ranked first in the 150 cm category, and on the third day, he won the Mini Grand Prix for the 145 cm category, ranking fifth internationally and second among Arab riders in the Grand Prix in the 160 cm category, giving him a good chance to reach the world cup finals due to be held in Sweden in March.
