Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain around average as the country is being affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by a weak low air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the weather will be clear to partly cloudy during the daytime while it will be relatively cold at night.
The wind will be easterly to southeasterly with a light to moderate speed and it will be active on the mountains, while the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will rise to become from 2 to 3 degrees higher than average and the weather will be warm as the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 20/10, Aleppo 19/9, Homs 19/9, Hama 21/7 and Lattakia 24/16.
